Of 5,545 terms, 4,203 (76%) cluster in the < 1K tier — a long tail typical of the web, with many niche terms and very few pervasive ones. Only 53 exceed 10M domains, the rarefied set every site competes for.
Properties (4,587) outnumber types (958) by roughly 4.8× — unsurprising, since each type carries several properties. The gap holds at the very top: the 10M+ tier alone contains 37 properties and 16 types.
